Less than three months after the Justin Lee sex scandal in Taiwan—in which the heir to a fortune was accused of drugging and raping dozens of models and actresses—another filthy rich Taiwanese is being investigated for similar crimes. But this time the public knows the suspect far better: singer-turned-businessman Lin Wei-Ching.

He's not just being accused of raping his victims, the 34-year-old millionaire—who apparently made his wealth on the backs of prostitution rings, brothels and sex clubs—is said to have forced over 1,000 girls into the flesh trade, including providing sex escorts and secret rendezvous spots to Taiwan officials, as reported by Next magazine.

Lin, however, continues to count his lucky stars because unlike Justin, who has been refused bail and now sits in detention pending his trial, Lin continues to elude and escape the law even though he's been arrested several times.

His latest release came on 24th October after spending six months in a detention camp. The district court of Kaohsiung granted him bail at NT$700,000 (RM73,000) on the grounds that he "regretted his misconduct" and that the offences were "not too serious".

But though he's a free man yet again, pictures of his alleged crimes have since been leaked to the Internet. According to Chinese media, Lin even recorded a sex tryst that involved him inserting a bottle into his victim's vagina.
And now, with these new evidence against Lin, authorities are once more investigating him for a conviction that will stick for good.

Lin was a construction worker before recording his one and only Hokkien album. After a brief time in music he ventured into business and made millions, but was hooked on drugs and gambling and racked up massive debts.

To pay off his losses, he allegedly lured young girls with drugs before forcing them into prostitution, and apparently gang raped hundreds of them with either his partners or his staff. He would then humiliate and threaten his victims with recordings of the sexual assault.

It's been reported that Lin even raped his best friend's wife and blackmailed her with the pictures. Another report said a mother went looking for her teenage daughter working at Lin's hotel, but ended up being raped with the girl.
